The Water Wheel site has been in the Eychaner family for over 100 years.  The guest cabin was the first Real Estate office in Story when Marshall Wolfe was selling parcels of land to early settlers.  The first water wheel was an actual wagon wheel with tin cans attached to catch the water.  The wheel doesn't generate any power today. 

The property continues to be held by the Eychaner Family Trust and the business is run by members of the family.  The setting is so unique and beautiful that the family has decided to share its beauty with those who choose Water Wheel Weddings for their ceremony!
